Long day but lots of fun. The 3 busses left Amsterdam and we went to Zaanse Schans to see clog making and windmills. We ate dinner at the picturesque fishing village of Volendam where fresh herring and smoked eels are the local specialities. We returned to the hotel for swimming, bowling, biking, chess, ping pong and camaraderie. What a great day! We are half way through our European tour!
